I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. Most items are made to order and take 4–7 business days to produce before shipping. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–9 business days, depending on your location.
Please note: Some products (like shoes, tote bags, and sweatpants) are made in specialty facilities and may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
You'll receive a tracking number 3–5 days after your order has shipped. If you haven’t received it within 7 business days of placing your order, feel free to email us.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We totally get that things don’t always work out — but it helps to understand why.
If your item is defective or damaged, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it for a full refund.
If you’ve had a change of heart or the item just isn’t quite what you expected, we’re really sorry — since everything is made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds for those kinds of returns.
Return shipping (for defective items) is at your expense. Once we receive the item, we’ll refund the full amount of your original purchase.
Please include your name and order number with the return.
Note: If your item is already on its way, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes — you can cancel it with no penalty. Since most of our items are made to order and production usually starts within 24 hours, please reach out as soon as possible after placing your order.
If your order has already been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. At that stage, a cancellation would fall under our change of mind policy, and because each item is custom-made, we’re not able to offer refunds for those requests.
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
Mistakes happen! If you’ve entered the wrong address, please reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours and let us know.
If the address hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll update it for you. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund if the address can’t be changed after the 24-hour window.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Most items arrive within 3–9 business days after production.
However, made-to-order items like shoes, tote bags, and sweatpants may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered.
